Fair Winds Fine Catering at the Basking Ridge Country Club:  Overlooking 258 private acres with panoramic views of the manicured fairways and beautiful Somerset Hills, our gracious catering facility has been redecorated and features colonial-style paneled dining rooms, raised hearth fireplaces, mirrored French doors and crystal chandeliers.  Our expert wedding coordinators will assist you in creating the experience of a lifetime.  We ensure that each celebration is flawless.  Our restaurant, The Bamboo Grille is open to the public and specializes in creative, Island-themed cuisine.
