Vaughan was elected to PGA Membership in 1997 and has served in that capacity at both Private and Semi-Private facilities. Vaughan was the PGA Head Golf Professional at Hawk Pointe Golf Club when they were honored with the NGCOA 2015 Golf Club of the Year award. He most recently dedicated his time to the flagship facility of Indigo Golf Management, Royce Brook Golf Club. Vaughan enjoys supporting the PGA Hope Foundation and the New Jersey Golf Foundation as well as being a member of the PGA President's Council on Growing the Game.

He brings with him 30 years of experience in addition to being named the 2020 PGA Merchandiser of the Year. Vaughan is passionate about successful teaching programs, diligent customer satisfaction, and the high standards associated with Basking Ridge Country Club.

Bryan is a PGA Professional with over 15 years of Private Club experience. He joins our team from Lehigh Country Club, one of Golf Digest's “Best Golf Courses” in Pennsylvania. He is a service-oriented individual and believes in personal attention and being accessible to the membership. His goal in teaching is to build family golf, women, juniors and groups to feel comfortable playing the game. Bryan lives in Hope, NJ with his wife Amy and two sons, Ashton and Jacob.

Teaching Programs

The club boasts having our PGA golf professionals that offer private and group lessons to both members and non-members. Our teaching programs are the ideal solutions for improving your golf game at any age. Our PGA Professionals work with beginner and advanced golfers alike to develop abilities and get their game where they want it to be.

One-On-One Pro Instruction and Half Day with A Pro

One-on-one instruction with our PGA professionals benefits any golfer’s game, and our half day with a pro allows you the chance to get onto the course with a pro who gives you a detailed and high-tech analysis of your game. It can be done one-on-one, with a partner or as a group lesson. All teaching programs with our PGA professionals include:

  • Putting instruction, including putt assessment and equipment analysis
  • Short game instruction, including chipping and pitching as well as sand play and wedge set composition
  • Long game instruction, including evaluation of long irons, hybrids, fairway woods and driver
  • Our teaching programs also offer on-course playing with your instructor, as well as course management evaluation.
